Naturally Yarns is a wholesale distributor of premium NZ and European yarn. They have over 300 retailers across New Zealand, Australia, and Tasmania.
Naturally Yarns is a wholesale supplier serving both retail and consumer audiences. We adopt a dual-focused strategy, emphasizing distinct approaches for each group.
Retailer Strategy
Our retailer-focused efforts emphasize frequent and meaningful communication, providing high-value content and targeted messaging. This approach highlights how our product lines integrate seamlessly with existing retail offerings. Additionally, we created a comprehensive content library tailored for retailers, equipping them with resources to market products effectively and efficiently. This has become a significant differentiator in attracting new retail partners, as it addresses the ongoing challenge of content creation and investment.
Consumer Strategy
For consumers, we leverage modern digital channels to engage our target audience. By repurposing content from our retailer library, we enhance product awareness and drive traffic to our product webpages or the “Find a Retailer Near You” page. To strengthen our direct communication with consumers, we developed an email marketing strategy, growing our subscriber base through the use of “free pattern” lead magnets, which have proven highly effective in capturing and nurturing leads.
This strategic alignment ensures a cohesive and impactful presence across both retail and consumer markets.

Bayden has been brilliant to work with. For someone like myself who doesn’t fully grasp the digital media landscape, Bayden explains things clearly so creative visions can be understood.
Through Bayden, we have been able to reach new audiences and most importantly quantify our spend and see results.
On top of this Bayden is a great guy and I would recommend highly to anyone.
